Library Acoustics:

One of the most underrated complexities of acoustic treatment and care are public spaces and indeed public libraries They are frequently overlooked or underrated because of the lack of understanding or empathic relating that architects and acoustic designers often share.
This generally is at large caused by lack of a deep thought process into the characteristics, interactions within these spaces and psychoacoustic studies taken place at the conceptualization stage before designs and specification takes place.

In actual fact libraries you would think need very little acoustic treatments as they are quite places and noise is prohibited.
